Have you ever noticed that when you bargain with God and He doesn’t deal that then you start debating God and you start giving God all kinds of reasons why He should have done things your way? That is exactly where we find Habakkuk. Habakkuk had been crying out to God to do something, to bring revival to His nation, to make things right, and it seemed like God had gone deaf and blind. He wasn’t listening to Habakkuk’s prayer and He couldn’t see what was going on. He is debating God and basically trying to convince God He has made the wrong decision.
