Whatever you think about money, it runs deep. Some people pursue it. Some are scared of it. Some spend it frivolously while others save it. If you live in the United States, you are blessed with it--even the poorest portions of this country are among the most wealthy in the world. God calls us to do more than spend or save. He calls us to manage our money against a biblical standard. It begins with the realization that God is the owner of all we have, and as the owner, He entrusts us with its management. At the end of our lives, "everything must go," because we cannot take our possessions with us. What matters, then, is how we manage those resources, to God's glory, during our lifetime.
