The first thing you need to learn about failure is this--everybody fails, everybody shoots an air ball sometimes. Everybody bogies some hole in life. Everybody strikes out at the plate sometimes. In fact, this may be hard for you to believe, but successful people experience failure almost as often as unsuccessful people. Paul understood what it was to be knocked down. He knew what it was to trip up, to stumble, and to fall flat on your face. His words on failure still teach us today.
"It is not a tragedy to fail. It is a tragedy when you fail and don't use that failure for your benefit and learn from it." --Dr. Merritt
