Scriptures: John 10:7-10
Doors are important in life. They mark decision points or turning points, and often walking through a door or choosing not to changes everything. They don't only determine destination, they can determine destiny. Jesus spoke of Himself when He said, "I am the door". In this message, Dr. Merritt examines why walking the Door of Jesus Christ will be the most important door you can ever step through.
"Some of us may dream of walking through 'important' doors in our lives. Maybe you’ve always wanted to walk through the door of the Oval Office at the White House, and meet the President. Maybe you want to walk through the door of the lottery office to present a winning ticket. The most important door I’ve ever walked through and the most important door you will ever walk through is the door named Jesus Christ. You know a door represents separation, because you are either on one side of the door (on the inside looking out) or you are on the other side of the door (on the outside looking in). If you are on the outside looking, in I encourage you today to open the door of Jesus Christ and walk into the only life worth living." --Dr. Merritt
