Scripture: Matthew 26:57-66

Take a look at the most unfair event in human history--when God Himself was put on trial. How you ask? His Son, Jesus, was falsely accused of blasphemy, tired in illegal court proceedings and put to death even though he was totally innocent! Of course, the ultimate outcome was good--Jesus' resurrection and full and unconditional payment for our sins. Every one of us will be treated unfairly in life. But we can take comfort in knowing that just as God took care of Jesus, He will take care of us.
